We will need the address of the property, how we will access the property, the floor plan type and when you would need it by. We will then give you some available dates & times to choose from and then you will confirm with your clients.
Any other info is helpful too; approx sq ft, if there's a basement, if it's vacant/occupied, wanting any outbuildings/sheds measured, etc.

We have SentriLock access, combo codes, door codes, owner, agent, photographer, key under mat, etc.

We always strive for same day, but please allow up to 24hrs.

We use a measuring tape and digital laser. We do not use an automated app. We physically measure the property and follow ANSI Measurement Guidelines.
On detached dwellings and townhomes, we start with the exterior of the house measuring the outside and work our way inside, starting in the garage. Please make sure all gates are unlocked and pets put away.
On attached condominiums, we measure interior to interior.

Just email us with what labels you need changed or if there is anything you see that may be missing or need fixed. We can easily correct it.

We send the measurements as a PDF, so you can print for marketing or upload them into the MLS documents.
If you would like them as a JPEG to use in the photos of the MLS, just let us know and we can send it as a JPEG file as well.
When will I receive the invoice & how do I pay?
When will I receive the invoice & how do I pay?
You should receive the invoice from billing 24-48hrs after being sent your floor plan. It will come from our Quickbooks account and you can pay through there. Should you have any billing questions, please email measureamerica.billing@gmail.com or call (517) 366-2815 and choose the Billing and Invoicing extension.
