At Measure America, we work with real estate agents and homeowners in the Livingston County and surrounding areas to provide professional, accurate measurements.

We follow the ANSI standard measurement guidelines to determine and verify the square footage of residential real estate dwellings. These are the measuring standards that appraisers are to follow. We are here to help you list with confidence from day 1, so there are no square footage surprises that could derail your transaction.

We use both tape and laser measuring devices to ensure accuracy in our results.  We use top of the line software to produce a professional, easy to understand sketch of the property. We do not use an automated floor plan app.

We also have SentriLock access if you or the homeowner can't meet!
