With a Premium measurement you will receive: 

• A sketch of the exterior walls AND interior walls of the dwelling. 

• Locations of porches, patios and decks

• Locations of doors, windows, kitchen countertops, and bathroom fixtures. 

• Interior dimensions of the main rooms

• The exact Total Finished Square Footage of the home. This includes both Above-Grade GLA and Finished Below-Grade Square Footage. 

The Premium sketch is perfect for high-level marketing to give potential buyers a much better understanding of the home.
